Shameen Island, a man-made island in Guangzhou, southern China for westerner’s concession due to the loss of war. The project uses archival resources to recreated the scenes of how westerners lived on the island during the 1870s-1920s (The late Qing Dynasty). 

The project has won the Communication Arts Awards 2020 and Cheltenham Illustration Awards 2020.
