Partridge on the Pasture is a forthcoming children’s book created in collaboration with Zhejiang Photographic Press. Inspired by the notebooks of Chuang Xue Ben, this story is rooted in Tibetan folklore. During his ten-year residency in Tibet, Chuang documented local tales, one of which serves as the foundation for this book. The story follows a sacred bird that brings lush greenery to the Tibetan pasture each summer, symbolizing the cycle of renewal. It highlights the nomadic people's reverence for the bird’s annual arrival.
